New challenge

This year will be a busy year. Everything is from the beginning. Facing the new things, i feel a little uptight and don't know what to do. Maybe i am new,but i shouldn't find the excuse to conceal my fault. My monitor often give us some suggestions to deal with the unheard questions . But we can't deal with the questions yet. In fact i analyze the cause ,not i cann't do it, but i won't be ready to accept or even to understand it......
