I did not know the original text is sth written by the author, y'know, the blogger or just some theme songs or peoms created by anyone else, but it seems she's quite shattered by love or sth.

No one is dying, in lierature, a lot of things are larger than life, and in most cases exagerated. The "Leaving my life, this battle field, my body cold," or things like that, are most often than not images(意想)applied by the author to create some kinda sentimental feel. In love, we often link our relationship, or emotion to death.
But let's keep our fingers crossed that the blogger who posted this poem is gonna be alright.
