oh,spending money like flowing water

I was astonished to find that I was spending my money quickly like flowing water.
I must stop and make a plan of my little fortune now if now I will be as poor as a rat.
These days I am not in a very good state of reviewing and reading books because of the
severe toothache.And I am running out of money as well.
I must seek out a way to keep the good habit of thrifty.
