This morning , one of my colleagues compains the woman who is working in Quality Control, because she is responsible for the inspect of the goods.

I think every day  she is so busy , working from morning till night,all the salesmen chase her.Maybe the delivery time is delayed,  but it's not her fault, we should understand her.

One colleague complains,the others follow, I don't like the person who always complain others.We each have a different point of view,but we also need to change our situation to comparing others,then we will know more about others, if we do that work, whether we can do it better than others?

So I want to tell them, stop complain,just do yourself.
