Scare of HuNan dishes

I went to a HuNan Restaurant to eat hot foods with my colleagues in the noon time yesterday.oh,it was really hot that we can't stop eating rice to ease the hot,one of my HK colleague with bald who prefer spicy foods very much,I found it's very funny that his bald always shining and shining just like a lamp every time when he eating spicy food,after lunch we dariving back to company,I started stomachache,I don't know whether the foods not clean or too hot as to my belly can't bear ,I suffering for 2 days with heavy diarrhea and stomachache,it really made me depressed and scare of HuNan dishes then.

- Only you feel not good? how about your hk colleague? or it's too spicy for you to eat that food ? so your stomach hurts so much? Take care.

- I think it's not that safe to eat outside, i had tried taiwanese food once, and i suffered a stomachache.

- Oh, when I was in Guangzhou, I ate at the restaurants owned by Hunan people. I love their barbecued meat. The chicken are so tasty. They told me that they have high agricultural production so there are thousands of different Hunan dishes.
One problem is that they put chili in most of their dishes and it can be challenging for those who are not used to chili tastes.
The reason why you have diarrhea could be because there are some ingredients too strong for you or may be there are hygiene problems.

- I think it just the ingredients too strong that caused my stomachache ,because my colleagues were totally no problem after meal,next time I would not eat HuNan dishes any more.
