After Typhoon last week. It's become hotter and hotter in my city. Weather reprots that the hotter day will be lasted for a long time.

How to do deal with it? when the weather is hot, People don't like eating or eating less. we usually feel tired and want to sleep. In Southern city, The Sun rise up earier at 6:00am everyday. So hereby, We will get up at 7:00am.

Docotor advise us that  People need to drink much  more than 8 cups of  water everyday. Do exercise and some sports, such as playing basketball , swimming and so on. aslo we need keep a light ,pleasant feeling.
