I plan to do many things in the year 2010 and one of my goals is improving my English.

Though it is more than half a year since I came to Dio-family, I haven’t written as much as I planed. I think there are two reasons for my laziness. One reason is that I was really busy last year and it was impossible for me to write essays every day like those productive writers I admire here; another more important reason is that I just didn’t know what to write at the first several months. So，I spent most of my Dio time in reading other people’s blogs and has gained a lot from it.

I found that there are several ways to improve my English: First, writing what I think and commenting on the important/trivial things happened around me；Second，trying to make some translation, such as jokes and fairy tales and news and whatever materials I think is not dull to me. Thirdly, making full use of the resources from Diowik．Fourthly, marking what I am not sure about in my blogs or other friends’ blogs and ask for help. The last but not least, keep on reading and listening.

I hope that I can follow what I have summarized and really make Dioenglish a useful platform to improve my English. Hope year 2010 is a fruitful year for me ^_^
