Winter Holiday is Coming~

Winter holiday is coming, I set a short-term target for these three weeks
1, Working on my final master paper and finish about 1/2 of it before the end of Feb.
2, Trying to loss weight by doing more physical training (including Yoga, ball sports and jogging).
According to my experience, the more laborious I am, the fatter I will be．For me, studying till late, eating more and practicing less will make me a balloon. So this winter is a big challenge for me. I’ll try my best to study more without gaining the weight.

- Samaritan: A balloon? How funny!It is really funny.U cann't imagine what will happen if I eat without control in holiday. My stomache is ballon-like, easy to inflate. Luckly i have Yoga as a weapon to keep my figure

If u've tried to sleep only 5 hours to 6 hours per day without doing any sports , I jusr wonder if you will become fatter or slimmer. But the differnt people have differnt physique, I believe that some people will become slimer and languish
