Recruit new staffs and workers

our company will be cooperate wih TCL,the new product line has tried to output, it is OK,so the company need more manpower to support the production, including staffs and workers.
thus, we, HR department must use the lowest price to recruit more staffs and workers ASAP to application department.because the manpower demands is too high, our department cann't meet the application in few days,so all header of department saw us must to say: where are my peason? please quickly recruit them back soon. thus our colleagues don't like to go out,they fear to face these manager.
anyway,we need do our best to recruit more new colleagues, I believe we will make it.
