Today one worker argued with his manager in the workshop, because of his poor performance. the manager want to fire the worker not only his performance but also his attitude. the manager called me: ask HR to handle this issue.
I checked the worker's personal documents, he start to work in our company from April 11,so he have passed his probation, the company must pay the compensation if we fire this guy now.I discussed with this manager and told him this issue of the compensation, tried to persuade the manager to change his mind,maybe we can change his position or change the department,but the manager don't agree these suggestions,he said: this guy must leave the company,if not he would hard to control the staff later.I have to agree with him and called the worker to my office to tell the discion,the worker appeal too much: the management mode of his manager is too bad,do not respect these worlers etc.. the worker told me he never signed the labour contract with company,I cann't believe it and think it is impossible,but I arranged my secretary to check his contract in secret,the secretary report to me that there cann't find his contract in these files,it cann't find his signature in the contract registration form, so make sure he really not sign the labour contract.my head suddenly be too pain, the trouble guy, the trouble issue.
