I came this group working almost two months,the environment almost be know,the group welfare is nice,eating and living is better than I have served these companies.I am in charge of the group administration,include industry safety.canteen.dormitory.security.a safety supervisor,he is responsible industry safety,he transferred from our another company at July 16th.maybe he don't like working here,maybe he cann't suit this company's culture or working style,his performance is bad,my boss don't like him,I teach him some ways to improve his working efficiency,but he didn't adopt it,so my boss notice me that I need fire him by the end of tomorrow.
Anyway,he is my subordinate,I am his boss,I need talk with him regard this issue,I arrange a conference to talk with him face to face,he said he know this day will be come sooner or later,but he didn't think it is so quick.he accept the company's decision,he will leave our group tomorrow.I point his weakness and advantage,hope he will improve his weakness and more show his advantage in the future.
