How do I help my good friend?

I has a very friend her name is Minna.When we are in the Middle School,my scores isn't good ,especially English,because English we are being friend,it is very good relationship with us.When she have free time,she will teach me or if I has problem I will asked she at the frist time,she never got bored,she is a good and beautiful girl.Our classmate are all loves she !
But,we parted because she go to university,her ambition was to become a teacher,but few days ago ,she failed in a Teacher Certificate Exam.Last night she told me and I feel very sadness.I want to help she to find work.She studies is the professional English education.But I worry about if I found the job is not good for she how did she do?
I'm entanglements!How do I help my good friend?

- There is a saying; "Do me a favor during the rainy season, and I shall do the same for you during the burning hot season." It is assuring to have a friend you can trust. Friends influence us a lot in our life.
You must help your friend when she is in a crises. Glad to note that you remember so vividly the assistance your friend gave you when you needed help. Now she is in a crises, so now is the time to return the favour.
China has an examination based education system which evaluate students according to marks in single examinations. In other countries, you can always take the exam again in the next year until you pass.
It must be devastating for your friend to fail such an important examination, but as I know, the Teachers Certificate Examination is quite difficult to pass. There must be some way out for your friend. She can consult the school or other people who have failed too.
It is not the end of the world after she fail the exam. Even if she pass, teaching is not an easy job and a good future is not assured.
Try to encourage her and don't take this crises too seriously. There are many challenges in life.

Compassionate people normally have a happy lifetstyle. Sometimes there are so much misery around us that we become confused and helpless. The only thing we can do is to try to help wherever we can. I am not an English teacher or anything like that, but I am a British national, so English is my main language.
