The reason why we need sleep is because our body needs to shut down for several hours to do its own housework and repairs. The tired brain needs to organize the information it is received in the daytime and store it properly. The body cells needs to replenish. The eyes needs maintenance.

When we sleep late, the body signals you by yawning and if you don't sleep for 2 or 3 days then you just doze off without warning.

Be nice yo your body and it would be nice to you.

Reply zhouying2012 2013-7-1 15:36: It seems I also in the stage 2 now. I often want to sleep but I can't do caused by my little son as near by 8 months. Especially in the middle of the night or daybreak. I even don't known when he would give me a good sleep in the future.
