Play badminton

Almost on every weekdays, if the weather is fine, or no strong wind, no rain, I always play badminton with 

my colleague for about half or one hour after dinner. If there are lots of guys, we are mixed doubles 

badminton. Sometimes, if not my turn to play badminton, I play basketball for a moment.

First of all, please allow me to introduce our small playground. This playground is designed for basketball, 

due to the guys always play basketball at half-court, so there is also designed a badminton court on the 

other half-court. A badminton net which is stood at the middle of the badminton court, the net is a little 

broken but still can be used for playing.

For the second, it is the rule for this game. A good motto is "No rules no standards." Considering we play 

the badminton is only for amusement and bodily exercise, not for competition, so we have instituted our 

own rules for the game, they are not strictly and totally different with official competition's rulesBelow 

are the rules:  

Rule 1: Only has border line for left and right sides, no border line for the two end sides.

Rule 2: Before you flapping the badminton to your opponent, you can flap it for several times as long as it is 

not fallen to the ground.

Rule 3: Everyone who misses five goals first, the game is overed for him or her, and then the next one can 

start the new game with the winner.

Finally, you can start the game with your colleague and enjoy it. 

Today, as usually, we gathered at the playground after dinner, and played the badminton for about one hour.

At present, most of people sit at the chair before the PC desk for work one day, after work, they come 

back home and play the PC again, the body will be bad if no exercise. It's better to play games for half or 

one hour after work. We only have a good healthy to do more thing that we want.

Yeah, It's very important that we try to do more exercises to keep us physically fit...  we dont' have a tennis court in the yard, so the ideal body-building for me would be walking for a long time.  Several years ago, I used to do twenty sit-ups and twenty push-ups everynight before going to sleep, but now it's very hard to compete even ten sit-ups. and it would be impossible to remove the fat belly.   there are some subjective reasons, I tend to rely more and more on vehicle for a trip。 I think life lies in motions, we gotta do more sports.

Yeah, do exercise is important for healthy. Frankly speaking, I really realize the benefits of doing exercise. Several monthes ago, my neck was ached as long time of working, so I start doing exercise, and now my neck is well.
Whatever, persistently is also important for exercise.
