Originally,I am lack of confidence,I always think I can not catch up with my colleague.And since one day my boss denied my ability of work,my self-confidence has been down to under zero.I fell very self -contemptuous .

  In fact ,I am not inferior to others.On the contrary , almost of my colleagues regard me as idol,example....They even envy my achievement,the earliest owning of bachelor and master degree,the youngest section manager,vice-professor and so on.But why my boss negative my ability?Please give me some hints, my dear freinds.

  Now what I should do is to work assiduous and learn hard to smooth my bad emotion......
