A couple of days ago, I read a encouraging writing from somebody’s blog which told us about this guy’s a habit of running everyday. He expressed his fantastic feeling of being fit and energetic which no only had recalled my memory that I was a basketball fans, but had touched my heart from the bottom.
Therefore, this afternoon, I decided to go out to do some running and walking exercises. I knew I would not be quickly accustomed to the intense sports, so I only expected that I would be able to running one third of the journey. After dressed up like a regular jogger, I slothfully swayed my body out of the house.
Merely 200m of jogging, I felt my arms and legs were getting more and more weight. What is worse, my fragile tracheae were frozen by the cold air, then my whole body started to rebel, I felt nothing bur extremely uncomfortable. My rapid breathing had forced me to stop, then I began to walk slowly, trying to acquire some comfort. 15 min later, I retried to run longer, but this time it was interrupted by my painful windpipes. My body had been so used to the warmth and peace, a little storm would make it collapse more easily than expected. Fortunately, I finally had managed to drag my exhausted body home, and laid on the bed drowsily.
As the proverb says, it is the first step that is troublesome. I need keep it up!
