This is a speech made by prime minister of Australia. He reviewed the past 2009 and presaged the future 2010. I did a dictation. But there are so many sentences that i cannot figure them out. I have maked them in red color. I will appreciate your help. Let's make it together.

        2009 has been an extraordinary year to the world. 2009 has also been an extraordinary year to australia. We saw the inauguration of first african american president in the united states. At historical moment, this was unimaginable, just a generation ago. We saw the world grapple, which is the most serious finacial and economic crisis since the grate depression, 3 quarters of a centry ago.  We saw australia [1]take preminar place the table of the G20. [2]the world body in charge. the current globally economic crisis and finding a better way to manage the economy in the future,to ensure such a melt-down never happens again.

         2009 also saw all countries of the world grapling with climate change. This is a common trate to us all. We saw more than 95% of the world leaders supporting the copenhegen accord of the climate change. By no means, it is a perfect agreement. Australia wants it much more , but the agreement on the list [3]we alternative with complete collapse and total in action. Globally, we agree for the first time that the tempture increases must be kept in 2 degrees centegrade. globally, we agree for the first time that both the rich and poor countries [4]will cut to bring down their carbon missions in order to contain increases in global temptures. As one of the dryest and hottest continent on the earth, australia is expreiencing the impact of the climate change first and hardest.

          We therefore have a deep national interest in global and national ellection on the climate change. [5]In what we did the action at home and abroad, we will try. But the children’s future, and their abilities to enjoy our natural wonders including the barrier rife.

           In 2009, the government is also under the commitment of bringing up the come back troop from iraq. But our [6]troop in the field of afghanistan, in the middle east.   [7] elsewhere .we thank them for the service , their sacrifice and their professionism.

            On our sporting field, we[8] lost the  , but the opportunity for revenge against the enemy starts the end of next year. And with the revenges, I am sure all the australians will get behind the [9]olimpines and paraolympines to win the game of march in vencover.

           For many australians, 2009 was a very difficiult year. [10]The impact of devasting the black satellite bush far in victorier. And after the flood of ,struck the australia. the global finacial crisis put the families and small businesses around australia under great stress. The government took early [11]and action to cush australia from the worse impact of this global melt-down. And across the nation, the building infrastrcture projects dubble continue to support the job in small businesses are taking in shape.

     Throughout to 2010, new halls, new libraries, new language and [12]science will be built in schools [13]across australia, supporting the need of the next generation of children, all providing work for local small businesses and jobs for local [14]trades. So a pannel of like Community projects will small water and gradual systems and better sporting facilities are all under way. Some are completed and many more are in progress. Roads are being upgrated, railway will be made safer, ports are being expanded. We are building a national [15]high spead network for the future. We are all engaged in the nation building for recovery, nation building for the future. Supporting jobs[16] and  and small businesses today , we will build infrastrcture we will need for tomorrow.

     So far , in [17]large of the year actions we’ve all taken, australia has skip the worse impact of the global melt-down. We have well performed our [18]revenges to our economies of the global recession . we are the only 1 of the[19] 30 economies to have positive economic growth in the last year. We are the second lowest unemployment of the major revenge economies. And we have the lowest debt and lowest buget deficit . and we are the one to not to go with the recession . we are all couraged by the termination. And our empoyees keep it [20]make it possible. Our workers and unions cooperate[21] with their employees to find a way to go out this crisis.

     The government is determined to do evertything in its power to support australian families, australian jobs and australian small businesses. As we move slowly into the recovery[22] line.The gratitude in 2009 is be [23]called all in this together. We will work together. And together we are seeing australia through this crisis. We have devisted so much of the rest of the world.

      That , my fellow austrilians , is the message we must take in 2010. australians [24]deserve a lot . and it is tough a lot. and we are practical about what we need to be done. And we come together to make a common challegnge.
