Last night I got to bed at about 22:30, and I wake up with full of energy at 7:30 this morning. In the past, I usually fell asleep about 0 o'clock and woke up tired up at about 7:50. Mnay researches have concluded that it is better to sleep about 23:00.

 

In the morning, I listened to CRI esay FM which is a good radio station . In the program THIRD WHEEL, the two radio presenters talk about a book that I love much named LITTLE PRINCE.

 

I also askd a leave for spring festival. I have accumulated 9 days through working in weekends. The leader permitted my application. So happy! I will go home on Jan.13 this friday and come back on Jan.30(the eighth day of the first lunar month). Including the spring festival, there is another important thing I will experience my engagement with my lovely girlfriend. I am exciting and keen for that.

 

In the afternoon, we got a lot precents for the spring festival form the office. Also happy!
