It is convenient to live in single-style dormitory of the work institution. If your work begins at 8:00 am, you can sleep more and get up at about 7:30. Then wash and have breakfast. Then go to conform on the fingerprint attendance machine.

After listening to the weather consultation conference, you will have a general view of today's weather. It is about 8:30AM now.

Today's work begins. Read english professional papers or process data from the experiments. Learn the porfessional textbooks.

You can have a break after sitting in front of the computer .Do some physical activities and strech your body. Drink a glass of water and  go to pee. Make sure to wash your hands with liquid soap to keep hands clean. Sitting for a long time does harm to your body.So walk out of the office and take a  fresh breath. After that you can go back to work with full of  energy.

If you want to learn the real life enlish, it is better to surf on the internet to read english papers, such as NewYork Times etc. You donot need to read all the materials, just read the text you are interested in. Remember the words that interest you most. If you want to improve  listening ability, listen UN radio, CRI radio,BBC or so. Pay close attention to the information you are listen, instead of  the "listen". English learning is an ability ,not a skill.

It is 11:30AM and time for lunch. You can take your lunch box, go to the unit canteen. Remember not to jump the queue. If you don't want waste your time in lining up, it is better for you to take food form home and put it into the  refrigerator.When it comes to lunch time, take your food out of the refrigerator and heat it in the microwave. From 11:00-13:00, ATM of CRI redio is a good program, you can enjoy it.
