Yesterday afternoon, i left my office early at 5:40 pm while our quitting time is 5:30 pm. Actually, I had never left before 8 pm recently. Considering that I have noting to do in my office, I think going home is a better alternative.

    I arrived at home about 40 minutes later, feeling so tired, went to bed to have a little rest. Meanwhile, I thought many things I had faced recently.

    Nearly one years ago, I graduated from my university, fortunately, I had found a job before my graduation at that time. Compared with my other college mates, I was quite lucky one. Because I think a steady job is a very important thing to all the graduates. Now, I had better introduce my company first, it's a Japanese multinational corporation's branch, maybe it sounds not bad, yes, I thought so. but actually I could definitely tell you maybe the Japanese headquarters are exactly perfect, but chinese absolutely not! My boss is strict with us, that sounds good for our company. My boss don't hope us to work after the quitting time.(This item looks like a pretty welfare)So if anyone work extra shifts, he will get no additional compensation at all, now you should get it! When workers must finish their jobs before the deadline, they must pay more their own times after the quitting time, and My boss, a Chinese Japanese man, ignore your performance.

    So working in a company which provide no promoting, no compensation, little welfare is a boring thing. Just like someone had said "Everything what you do should be attached with concentration!". I have made a decision to change my job when my last contact become due.

    ......

    suddenly, I found making a concentrative meditation about my job and my future doesn't relax me, to the contrary, bores me. So I prefer to "hu~hu~"(means sleeping, I defined, lol~) rather than thinking at that moment.

    So, something had happened to me just like what I wrote in my new Status.LOL~
