After working I began to lead a life totally different from my college. My meal enhenced a lot. I have a dinner when ever I want. So my weight increased very fast, From 70kg to 85kg in two months' time. What's more, when I took a health exam. The doctor told me I have got a fatty lever, a terrible shock to me .
So I decicided to lose my weight. However, I havn't got a systematic plan after this May. I began my plan in May 1st.
The importances of my plan lies in two tips, the one is to eat less, the other is to exercise more.
In order to eat less, I changed my diet habit. In the morning I eat a cucumber and some syrup. For lunch, I take some meat, rice, vegetables, but avoid fatty foods. For supper, I take a cucumber and some fruits. I also drink a lot of tea everyday. I took 2L tea everyday.
In order to exercise, I keep on running everyday. This distance is increasing, from 3km to 4km and now I run 5km everyday.In order to exercise the muscle, I also do some other exercise. For example I will do 50 sit-ups every second day, I also do some dumbbells exercises everyday.
This kinds of methods seem great to me. Now I feel much thinner. I can see muscles in the billy. The fat in my waist disappear. I will keep on leading this kinds of life and I am sure I will finnally realise the next goal.
