there are many pressure in my work

I was been a team leader after I came in the company just one month.
I have four years experences in the business.
the department growing biger and bigger in these monthes.
they need a sylsterm to run the department more effective and smoothly.
I was asked to build the systerm. That's a difficult thing for a freshman for the company.So there are many pressure for me.
there was fluster at the beginning but I know that it's not a big problem for me .
I will do a good job.
