I have work in the company for four monthes and became a leader of a team for three monthes.  But it seemed that it just the begining of the testing to be a leader in the new company.  there are not so many difficult in the past monthes of slack season.

         there are more project and less team members than my last work. and there are not so many cooperation with my team members befor and not so familiar with the work environment.

         I spent too much time on everyday affairs at fist ,so I don't have enough time to arrange the work and control my team members.  I always busy and make many mistakes .

         I thinking everydays work and plan on my way home .And do it next day.

          I have been a leader for two years in my last job and had the experients of control team members

         I think i can do better in the following days.
