Is a training course is useful for english?

Do you think is a training course is useful for your english? The training course is the paid course like the couse of the Wall street English or Weibo English.
I always doubt about that. I think English is a basic knowledge which need longtime studying and practice. I doubt the training center's promise of great improvement if we can spending no less than 5hours study one week. The face to face communication with foreigne teacher is useful . But the tuition is more than my expected achievement .
I want to study English by myself. But it seemed that there is some difficult to lasting and less of systermatic.
Who can give me some advice.

- i think english is a part of our daily life ,write email,communicting with others,if you can record your life in english everyday,and your job is related to english,maybe the situation is not as difficult as you think

- I think the training center can be helpful for Englisn improving in some extent, but the most important thing is to take time and study hard on it day by day. Because learning any foreign language takes time.
