I have a interview notice of a headhunting company which is stand for an Americanfounded company.  

The company  is located  in Xiamen city Fujian  province . It is not suitable for my city requirement

but it can support a high salary. And it also need a high English level which need communication 

with the American R&D. I am not so confident with my English level.

     I think a good preparation will be helpful for the job interview. But what shall be prepared.

There are many questions for me to prepare.

  1. What is the successful project which I have done. And list the successful aspect of 

the project.

   The  most  important  project which  I  have done is a Sharp project J545. It is a complex 

component which include :back printing PC KEY,TPU base,PET face plate,CNC Routing PC key,double faced

 adhesive tape. Most of the processes are new in my factory. It has a filmy TPU base and KEY height 

which is difficult for our current manufacturing capacity . I accomplish the project on time 

although it's a  busying time. The fist step is the material preparation and test ,I have to get

the thinnest TPU ,the Suitable PET film and tape,the solid PC material. Then the new mold and jig 

design . The process is a  challenge for me. There are Printing ,Punching,PVD,P+R ,Routing ,and so 

on .And most of thus aren't same with the common process. It has different layout, process oder,

manufacture condition ,machine. But me and my team member resolve in the end. Most of the new 

coming project developed follow the way of my project. The charge of the product is high and earn

 a lot for my company ,although it cost more.
