2.  What is the important ability for a successful project manager.

   First is the project management ability ,that is the basic and most important ability for a project manager. It will let a project running smoothly and fulfill the planning.

   Second  is the problem solving ability . There are many unexpected problem in a project process. Project manager have to know how to solve the sudden problem because project manager is a total leader for a project.

   Third is the coordination and communication ability. As a cross-function team leader PM have to coordinate with  other department. That is a important too.

   Forth is the team member leadership and training ability . A strong team is the base of a successful project.

   3.What’s your vision about future.

   I have worked for four years in a R&D and project management work in a keypad product company. I am good at not only technical but management and I love the state. I will develop in the direction and hope to do more management work. I hope I can be a number of a growing company and grow with it together.
