So, I downloaded ICQ from a website. But when I logined a new ID, it always warned an error, I didn't know why. I closed my firewall,and tried to download a new edition, but it's still warning an error. whether because it's a foreign website, I can't connect it.Then I asked the friend, he told me login on the homepage.
