i have stayed in beijing for almost half a year,i have a strong appetite for beer.my friends and i eat barbecue and drink beer every night,so getting fat is reasonable and i have added ten kg more.now i realized that drinking is a bad habit.getting out of it is what i have to do.

I've been in Beijing for over a year, what you've got is called 'The Beijing Belly'! I got one from the cheap beer but then joined a gym. I still drink beer but I work it off the next day!
