During the last few days of last semester, I was conceiving the summer vacation plan and actually I did come up with one. In that plan, I would stay in Fuzhou and find a part-time job so as to obtain the work experience and the richness of the last summer holiday of the campus life. However, due to my hesitance about the job hunting and my parents’ expectation that I should go home for private tutoring, I went back to Putian, without any hesitation.

It is the third summer vacation in which I work as a tutor. I have more than 15 students among whom some just come and go within three days. They are young and innocent middle school students-to-be, from whom I find little loveliness, especially boys. It is interesting that boys confess to their boycott of girls when I tell them my understanding of their impoliteness to girls. Then I ask them: were your mother and grandmother once girls? After a while of silence, another class starts.

A month passes as quickly as my students wish. With love and hate, I wish them a good middle school life. 

From August 9th to August 28th, I am taking my internship in a network service which is actually a newly-established foreign trade corporation. My job is rewriting advertorials. The first ten days I have to finish rewriting 7 advertorials a day, 300 words for each; the last ten days, 11 advertorials, 400-450 words for each. Colleagues are pretty warm but the workplace is really cold. In fact, staying in an air-conditioned room for 10 hours is a great challenge for me at first.

One of the most impressive events is that Boss’ visits are always followed with his requirement us to communicate more orally as we are silent before and during his visits. As a matter of fact, we have been used to communicate through BaiduHi and QQ during work hours regarding that the overall arrangement of the workplace is extremely similar to that of an internet bar.

With too many memories that can be engraved and too much happiness and sorrow that cannot be retold and the fact that my description is always far from my expectation, I would like to stop to study.
