I have been writing English blogs for nearly 4 years, in this period of time, three people made great impression on me.

I met Anna, a young girl, at an English website in 2008. Anna wrote English blogs so well that every blog she wrote attracted my attention. She usually made comments about my blog, which encouraged me to keep on writing. Later the website was closed for some unknown reason. To be frank, I really miss her.

Later I began writing English blogs at 英语麦当劳. A lady also named Anna had written a great deal of blogs before I joined that website. I knew more about her by reading her blogs. Anna is a teacher in the primary school. Her blogs are mostly about her family and her job. Sometimes I commented on her blogs, however, she seldom replied me.

There are a few people writing English blogs at 英语麦当劳, so I decided to look for a new website to practice my English. How lucky I am! I found DioEnglish, which is indeed a good plat to learn English. Sedgehead，from the US, is one of us. He is a kind-hearted man and often helps us with English by revising our blogs. What moved me is that he is studying Chinese hard. What he said to me is as follows:

“You write good English! Just keep practicing.  I still am practicing English and it is my native language! Even writing Chinese takes practice for a native speaker of Chinese, so never expect learning a language to be instanteous.  Like Chinese, learning English will take a lifetime. But we can enjoy the ride!”

On the process of my learning English, there are some people, who are just the ordinary people, but what they did do have great effect on how I learn a language.
