Though I have never worked in personnel department, my work more or less involves recruiting. As far as I am concerned, I have something to tell those who are ready for finding jobs at present.

Without doubt, work experience still plays an important role in a resume. Any company wants to hire the one who is able to be familiar with his or her job as soon as possible. If you are not satisfied with your current job, ask yourself a question before quitting: Are you really qualified for the work you are doing?

In an interview, one of the questions I definitely ask the employees is why you resign from the company. If you say you suffer from work pressure or the bad relationship. I might say that I am sorry, and I would not consider you as the candidate for the next round interview. In my opinion, the reasons show that you are fragile and be bad at getting along with others.

Perhaps my thought goes to extreme, however, my recruitment experience prove these details effectively.
