Last May, my daughter enrolled in a tutorial school, because she is getting ready for the high school entrance exam, however, she is bad at maths and physics. In September, her physics teacher was transferred to another school for some reason, a new male teacher was arranged to teach my daughter physics. Speaking frankly, the male teacher left me a bad impression. Let me describe him in detail, the teacher had his class ignoring my daughter’s learning state and listening effect, consequently, my daughter failed the final physics test.
        I made complain to his supervisor, director Wu, who thought that physics teacher should be blamed. As compensation, Director Wu promised me that she would arrange two additional classes for my daughter to ask questions.   
        Last December, my daughter finished her courses in that school. Taking my daughter’s learning effect into consideration, I was not going to let her continue her study. However, what make me disappointed is that Teacher Wu has not called me since then.
        Maybe her promise has expired.
