The March, I worte an e-mail to my boss Lily. “I disagree the company’s management concept and method, and I am not happy working in the company, for better personal development, I ask resign request……”
The boss is astonished to receive my e-mali, the following day, she talked to me and wanted to know the real reason. I appreciated her support for my job and promised her that I would handover my job.
The last day when I worked in that company, I receivd a short message my boss sent me: Thanks so much for your giving and accompay me to spend the hard time, I really hope you think the second time before you make the last decision. Maybe you give me a big surprise.
I felt a little sad and replied her: I am sorry, but the decision is measured.View AllAuthor's latest blogs

- I think it needs enough courage to quit the job sometimes, even though it's not an ideal job. I want to quit my job before, but there was still some reason i hesitated, maybe i was not confident to find a better job, or maybe i would run out of food soon, simply, i need money to support life that's not only myself but also my family. Finally i though a second time, and i stay here till now.
I always comfort myself by the well-known saying "If you don't satisfy the job, quit it. But if you don't quit it, so don't complain." Am i negative? I think so at some time.

- If you d not happy to work for your current company, just quit it and find another one. In fact, I used to had the same experience as you did, if I do not satisfy with the job, why should I force myself to stay? Hope you will seek for a satisfactory job ASAP. God bless you!
