I worked in a company as a sales assistant two years ago. On my first day to work, I found some colleagues were unfriendly, what’s worse, I didn’t know what I should do. I felt quite frustrated and wanted to resign. At a weekly meeting, my boss arranged me in charge of foreign trade.

My daughter had been an excellent student in the teachers’ eyes before transfering to a new school, but she was unhappy and lagged behind her classmates in the new school, I was worried about her. After half a year, she got the high marks on the examination and was elected as a monitor.

I have a friend, who is introverted, I found it difficult to communicate with him at the beginning, but he always encourages me when I am depressed, and helps me out of difficulity. Now we become the best friends in life.

Waiting means one isn’t blind and impulsive in doing something. Waiting also means to make good and full preparation before the arrival of success.
