In our modern society, many people often worry about everything. Thus it hurts our health and emotion.
Once I sometimes felt worried about myself. And I even thought that I was worse than anyone in the world. It made my life extremely terrible. But later I paid most of my attention on study and some other useful things. I’ve changed my life by myself. Also I’ve found it’s difficult to worry while you are busy doing something that requires planning and thinking. As George Bernard Shaw said, “The secret of being miserable is to have the leisure to bother about whether you are happy or not.”
So, break the worry habit, here is:
Keep busy. The worried person must lose himself in action. Lest be wither in despair.
And these days I’ve been so busy. No matter what happens next I will face it bravely!!
