I am a post-graduate student now. I am studying in Shan Dong University, and I major in Control Science and Engineering.I am 24 years old and I know I must invest more time in my work to gain a better job in the future. However,I also realize that exercise is very important to my health.Then I become confused.
How many times a week will be OK? Now I just exercise once a week,and I will accompany my girlfriend at weekends. For the rest of the time,I study,read books and have recreation.I have to say that I actually don't spend more time on my research work and I don't exercise well. I have regular plans but it seems that it includes many contents and I cannot accomplish them well. I really study for no more than 6 hours a day, and I don't know how to improve my own condition.
Should I invest more time in exercise? Certainly.But I think I really need study more.When my friends ask me to play basketball or football, I always remind myself of the work,and refuse them. I decide to climb mountains from this week. How to balance the work and exercise? I am sure that everyone has its own way,and a successful man must have a very good way to relax themselves. Everyone needs to seek its own way that fits them the best,and we must learn to balance in this intense society,then we can live a happy life.
