Speaking English is not an easy thing

We had a new English teacher this week.He is young and enthusiastic.He gave out our table cards which show our English name and asked us why we choose the English name one by one. I told him that my English name is Wade and I chose it as my English name because I liked the famous NBA player Dwyane Wade who worked for the miami heat. Then he told me that he didn't like Wade but I couldn't understand the reasons. My English listening is very poor and I was often distracted.When the teacher asked me some questions,I didn't konw what to answer and I even couldn't remember what I ever learned.
Actually speaking, I like reading English and I usually read English articles at least three times a week.I always think that my English is not so poor and I practice more than others. But when I speak to the teacher, I also don't know what to say and this is why.Maybe my study method is not correct.I only read the article but I still don't know many English words and suddenly I think that I should recite the article so that I can have a good impression.Another problem is that I don't have a good habit to review the English words and lack the words to speak with others.The most serious problem is that I don't like to speak with others, because only practice can give a person great progress.
Yesterday, I read my senior fellow apprentice's blog and I found that he had an interview with the Microsoft in the Beijing. He experienced four interviews and only the first interview was Chinese speaking.Oh,my God! How difficult it is. The question raised by the interviewer is so difficult that I can't speak clearly with Chinese, let alone with English. Then I know that I must study English well and I should put more time into Enlish learning. I want a good future,too.
