I first contacted with the restaurant to speak the condition clearly and he was very polite and told me that it was possible for me to ask for the money back. Then I searched the group on telephone number. The customer-service person was also very polite and told me that the money had been given to the shop saler. I knew it was impossible,for the saler need the ticket number and customer code to get the money from the group on. I am not a bad-tempered person and I contacted the restaurant again.The boss said the group on was nonsense very angrily and asked me for the group on number. I gave him the number and he told me to contact with the group on half an hour later and I can make a complaint if the group on didn't give back the money.This time it was another person receiving the telephone.When I speaked abount the conditions and told her that the shop saler said I could ask the money back.She asked me the name and mobile phone number of the shop and told me that they could refund the money when they consulted with the resaurant,it needs 2-3 days. I didn't know if I could have the money back but I have tried to do it.I would asked the refund again if the group on didn't give me the money. 

    The money may be little but I think I should maintain my right. In the society, we may face many unfair things and maybe we can not change the ultimate decision. But we all should try our best to maintain our rights.I donn't realise the problem in the previous days but now I think that we shouldn't exercise forbearance all the time. We all need some methods to help us to maintain our rights, for we deserve the right.
