I have decided to enter the foreign company after a holiday's consideration, as I really want to experience the foreign company's culture and work in an environment using English. Maybe I really like English, although my English is not very good.However, it's not easy for me to enter such a foreign enterprise. What I have to challenge is my poor written and oral English. 

    Although I persist in writing an English blog on this web, I can hardly see my improvement.My major is Control Science and Engineering and I have seldom practiced speaking English with others,as I spend most of time doing projects in the lab. I find that most of foreign companies seldom employ research staff in China, because their research centers are mostly overseas. It's really very difficult for me to do research work in foreign company,but I should never give up.For the present, I have to improve my oral and written English and I have to communicate with the recruiters with English in the interview. 

    I decide to take the TOEIC examination to promote myself to improve my listen and read skills first. Although I study English every day, I don't have the pressure to do it and I make progress slowly. Then I decide to take part in the English corner to practice my oral English. I know that I have to speak English to improve oral English and what I need is such a communication environment. What I'm worried about is if I have enough time to practice it, as I'll have to face the campus recruitment in five months and I also need to prepare other things for the recruitment.I read English in the weekend but I don't know if it works, because I can't hear my own problems.

    I only write one English blog in this web every week, and I have already written about 25 blogs now. However,I really can't see my improvement. Do you see my improvement? How can I improve my written English? Should I increase my quantity in one week? or Maybe I need read some English books and learn their writing method? 

    I'm doomed to have a very busy life in the half year, and what I'm afraid of is that I can't achieve what I want in the end. However, life doesn't always go as we want it, does it? So what I really need is to try my best to pursuit what I want and accept the result calmly. Guys, do you have any good advice to improve the oral and written English? Thank you very much.
