We all need to change

We all have to step into the society one day, and devote ourselves to a job most of our life. However, most of people do a job that they don't like, and even earn little wages. It's said that few people can enjoy great success in life, because most of people lack the excellent personal qualities, such as courage, persistence, determination and so on. When they come across tough problems, they will find all kinds of excuses to avoid the problem. Certainly, we may never have such a great success like Steve Jobs or Bill Gates. However, I gradually realize that our life can become better and better if we have the courage and determination to change it and put our minds into practice.
When we enter into the society, we may face the pressure from the family and all kinds of realistic problems, which make us lack the courage to change. We all understand it. Sometimes change means instability. However, the world is changing in a marvelous speed and no change means no progress. We are told that we should choose what we are interested in. Certainly, if you are lucky enough to know your interest, it's very good. Nevertheless, over 90 percent of people don't know their interest even in their whole life. But have you ever though of changing a job you like it a bit more? At least, you make efforts in finding your interest.
I am also changing my own minds now. Once I thought that there is a definite way for me to go along in my life. I made many plans for myself such as daily plan, weekly plan, monthly plan and so on. However, I find that I may have accidental things in my life and I often can't finish my plans in time, which make me exhausted. One day, I attended a famous professor's lecture. He told that he never made so detailed plans. How could a person plan his whole life so well? Life is good because it leaves us secret. You never know what will happen in the next second. You may find your interest or turning point of success in the moment you never though of. Besides, we need to experience different life and perceive the changes in our life. When you don't enjoy your job, you can try to change one you like better if possible. What's more, you can try to experience different life to make your life more colorful.
