Want to find a new job, which i can have at least one day for rest per week, and i can have the time and energy to do whatever i like, and at the same time, keeps a good mood and prepared for the new week.

Want to find a new job, which the right and wrong are judged by most of us, not only the boss, and the most importan is to find a good boss whom you are willing to endeavour for him, not a devil, praise and scold all depends on his mood. I hate that if he is in bad mood, we are all his punching bag, everyone will be scolded even if you did nothing wrong.
Want to find a new job, which the office is for working, not for talking, laughing, having snacks, disscussion for lunch, etc only because they are the olders here, and they have relationship with boss

- Your wishes are quite normal and not excessive. You are a serious and good employee, so I wish you would get your ideal job. Be brave and find yourself a news job. The bad thing don't go, good things won't come.

If you have made decision to find a new job , why not take action ?already talked with bosstwice, he didnt allowed. if i just go now, that means all of my salary and sales commissions are gone. he insisted me to stay until the end of this year, i hope he can keep his words

Be brave and find yourselyes, tooo many of my friends told me i have beared too much, and my requirement is quite resonable...i will try to finish this ASAP. thanks for your wishes.

I have been here after my graduation one year ago, and i do think this is time for me to leave now. I am not expecting an awesome job, but most be better than this!!!!
