i have started working since in Dalang Town this month, finally i stop those days of unemployment.it needs to a proess to acclimatize the new envionment. now i am trying my best to acclimatize it, however, i was not being arranged any work to do, i'm feeling uncomforable about it, ever asked Joe who's introduced this job to me, what should i do at the moment? he said that don't be impatient, just be relaxed and waitting for manager's arrangement. He meant that it's mormal as I also know our manager is extremely busy.but i think he should consider how to assign the job to the new colleagues before hiring the employees, even though they are engaged in lots of things.
So I feel so boring, I always asked others what can I do for them, sometimes i help them on some simple things.
Anyway, i should apperciate that the boss gave me a chance to work here. i should cherish it and try my best to do the job well here.
