This is my boss

Yesterday when i was on the bus with my colleagues, we mentined about our boss, without no doubt he's an old man but working hard guy, i cant believe last new year's eve, when we were all on vacation, he work over time at his home to pack the items, several monthes ago he fired a girl just coz she got off work on time, each time when it's time to off duty, everyone pretent they still have work to do till the boss ask them to leave, how strange thhe phenomenon is?
we've our own warehouse nearby the office, actually our boss married, they live in hongkong, but he has amour with a girl in the warehouse who is just 23 year's old, the girl has already have a one year old child, it's unbelievable, everyone knows about their relationship but pretent they know nothing.
I dont have the right to criticize them, probably there's a touching story among them, however, i myself am unable to do such a thing.

- It is not respectable for you to judge him according to his age. He obviously worked hard otherwise he would not successful business not by luck. He must have worked hard for it.
It is certainly not acceptable guys to have affairs outside his marriage, but what you don't know is many Hong Kong women are very materialistic, big spenders, high headed and love can be lost if the man loses all his money. The divorce rate is very high due to financial reasons. We cannot judge people by mere observation.
Most bosses want to use workers to the limit and workers like to have good pay and comfortable work. It is all give and take. It depends on who needs who more.
I have seen the best and worst bosses. I have also seen the irresponsible workers. So who is right and who is wrong is a never ending problem.

- As a woker, we cannot understand our boss's thoughts, decisions actions. we will have a dinner party when our boss feels happy. We will have a chance to travel because our boss's a word. And sometimes we desperately need money to purchase an equipment due to work requirement, but the boss is slow to approve.
As a boss, it is too hard to start a business,especially in the earlier stages of a business. Experienced only know more than the victory is not easy.Entrepreneurial process is difficult and painful.So a sucessful boss will work even harder.
