last night at 10 pm, when i was eating , i received a message from my previous colleague, since i quit, i seldom keep in touch with him, let alone sends message, he said that he met me on the bus station that morning, even we live nearby, but never encounter each other, then we talked a lot, about jobs or others , sometimes you may feel people we thought before was so strange, but later on when you commuicate , you would find the other side of him, that you never seen before in the company . so i shouldnt evaluate one just for the only side you saw.
