As our job's need, the boss assign a task to us, he wants us to practice oral English in a short time, no matter what way we use, he only focus the result. Then here come's the problem to me, it's always my weakness to speak English you know, i rarely speak out in my daily life, what's the best way to do ?
Meanwhile, i didnt realize how poor my English was untill now, not only writing but also speaking.
