My First Time.

These days I firstly operate the experiment on my own, which makes me exciting. I could abstract protein from the cells,and get them together smoothly. And then by vertical electrophoresis different kinds of protein would be divided into many levels according to their molecular weight .We just find out what we need and use electroporation to make protein move from colloidal to NC membrane. In the following steps, just do the same as ELISA. It's time-wasting, but unforgettful and meaningful.
Another memorable thing is my swimming skill has make great progress .I can swim in the water freely and skilled by myself with certain speed.,Although I haven't figure out how to exchange gas.
