Success really makes you happy ? No . today I become success , I do not feel happy , but disappointed . I am looking forward to enter into this company ,because it is a large company which is specializing in steel industry , maybe which can provide me a greater platform , our present industry including my product will not give me too many chances , if your engaged industry is not helpful for your career planning , you will spend too much time , but you will get little , even though you can say that you have experience in international , but you do not have experience in this industry . at present , the experience in the right and good industry is more important than the trade experience .
Who can help me ? now I do not know how to solve the question , the steel company have ad mitted me , but the salary is not very high , it is about 1000 every month , if I am passed the internship period , the salary is about 1500 , the sales commission is only 0.3 percent . in other words , if I sell nearly 10 thousand tons of steel , I only get 30000 RMB . I am not satisfied this salary .
Who is engaged in steel industry ? please contact me , I have more things to ask for you ! who can tell me what should I do ?

as you said , maybe I consider the salary in a way ,but I have made decision to quit current job , and will enter the new company , I hope that I can learn more things fron it .
