What do you wear to keep yourself warm while still look smart?

I am cold. I want to wear thermal underwear or
long johns… but I also want to look smart!
It definitely isn’t sensible to wear
long pants in warm weather like on spring, but doesn’t make any change while it’s
getting cold on autumn…help me!

- You are female, I suggest you might try thick long stcoking with the long or short skirt, which is much warmer than any other jeans.

- I totally agree, and I actually have some thick stocking, but it is kind of the thickest or warmest way of clothing. I am a bit worried about what to wear in the colder days. Perhaps to change short skirt to long dress, and with high leg boots, and then with long overcoat...
