A few years ago,I became a light smoker.I can not say somking appeal to me very much,and I kenw perfectly it is a danger to health,girls even said that kissing someone who smokes is like kissing an ashtray,but indeed,quitting smoking is very very difficult,untill I had read the book-The easy way to stop smoking.Seriously,it works very fast,I promise it.
