Unforgettable experience in this summer

Yesterday afternoon, I had tidied up my luggages and prepared to take the train to Wuhan.
At that time, the sky turns black just like the night. Suddenly, there is a long roll of thunder. Once in a while, there is a flash of bright lightning. A little frightening and worrying! Even though I brought the living time forward, I am still afraid that I'll be late for the train.
Just as expected, I cannot catch a taxi at that time. And the rain was coming down in buckets. Luckily, a taxi driver agreed to pick me up for a distance. He had carried two customers when I seeked help to him. He kindly took me to the West Gate of Tsinghua and then I had to get down the car with so many luggages. The rain was falling so heavily that many passers-by got into hiding. The traffic was also affected due to this downpour. Without thinking, I jumped into a bus which was driving up to the train station. However, the bus was moving at a crawl with such a traffic jam. I had no choice but to get off and pin my hope on a taxi.
At an intersection, I met a policeman. He told me where to get a taxi easily and which way is shorter. To my surprise, I followed his words and catched a taxi easily. At first, the driver wouldn't like to carry me. He was afraid that he couldn't get me there in time. But I put all my eggs in this basket, I insisted on him carrying me there. After a while, the sun shines again after the rain and the traffic began to get better. I smiled, from the bottom of my heart. At last, I successfully catch the train. I had my ticket checked about five minutes before its departure.It's really un unforgettable experience during my life! I am happy for my persistence and calmness. Hurray!
After these, I can overcome everything: the stay-up for a night, the crowdedness and the bumps all the way. During the journey, I made friends with the people close to me and we played mah-jong and shared jokes with each other.We helped each other and had a good time on the train.
